The hotel is not big but quite cozy and is located in a very good location. The staff were courteous and very helpful, possibly the best thing about the hotel. The hotel was clean overall and rooms comfortable. The breakfast spread was good and the menu for lunch and dinner is adequate. The hotel has a small gym with a nice city view. Pick-up and drop-off from the airport was smooth, operated by experienced and polite staff. We were upgraded to a super clean and spacious room. The staff are warm, friendly, and speak English well. They provided excellent assistance with airport procedures and even walked me to the nearest shopping mall. The hotel staff are friendly, professional, and accommodating. everything about this hotel was superb, from the airport to the hotel. The location is also good, nearby shops and eating places are easily accessible.

For my Christmas stay, the hotel offered some complementary goodies in my room and a festive meal in the restaurant. the location was perfect - right in the heart of the city's shopping district. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool.

The room was not cleaned properly, and I found a few hairs left in the bathroom. the breakfast buffet was not well-maintained, and some of the dishes were not replenished promptly.
